Shlomo founded Jerusalem Global Ltd. in 1994, quickly becoming a dominant player in tech financing in Israel. He quickly became one of Israel’s most successful tech investors. Shlomo invested in some of Israel’s most successful startups, including Athoc, Creo, Galileo Semiconductor, Lumus-Vision, Mellanox Technologies, Moovit, QXL-Ricardo, Picture Vision, Primesense, Saifun Semiconductors, and Wilocity. In 2007 he was selected to the Forbes Midas List as No. 37 on the WW list, first among the Israeli-based nominees. Shlomo served on boards of many non-profit organizations and academic institutions, including the Technion, Jerusalem College of Technology, and Bar Ilan University.
Shlomo holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from MIT, an M.Sc. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, and a B.Sc. in Math from Tel Aviv University.

including Reichman University in Herzlia, Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Technion – Israeli
Institute of Technology, Haifa, and The University of Rochester, Rochester, NY.
